Gong Hyo Jin’s latest drama Jealousy Incarnate recently had its finale, leaving everyone in despair, I’m sure. There’s nothing worse than the crashing realization that your favorite show has just ended, and that no, you won’t be seeing your OTPs sail off to the El Dorado (Exo appears everywhere) anymore. I haven’t seen the drama, but I’m sure that there’s some dedicated fans out there trying to rewatch every last bit they can until they finally come to terms with the real world.
In our own little way to say goodbye to the much-loved characters, we’ll be revisiting those moments with another outfit review! These are the outfits that I found interesting from the 22nd episode of the Korean Drama Jealousy Incarnate. Enjoy Part 1!
First off, her cardigan, that when paired with a loose dress, gives a
아주 Very Nice “homewear” vibe. Loose-fitting and comfortable is what the style is all about.
Gong Hyo Jin’s Cardigan: V Lounge Cardigan (Korean Company)
It turns out that this company has had various different clothes of theirs in different dramas, such as The K2. In fact, almost all the clothes in that drama is from the V Lounge clothing company. This cardigan seems to be part of one of their signature looks, giving a varsity feel with the soft grey color and two bold white stripes. Since it would be hard to get the sweater from outside of Korea, I managed to find a similar dupe. It’s a darker grey color, and is advertised as men’s clothing, but I think it would do just fine as a dupe.
This jacket-type dress would be perfect for work meetings, or other formal occasions. Made by designer Hwan Heo, it looks like this outfit will be hard to get as well.
Trench: Material Stuff Trench-638,000 KRW
Gong Hyo Jin’s shoes showcased here are from the world-famous designer brand Gucci. As shown above, wearing these shoes with a matching black knit sweater looks perfectly semi-casual. It is even more uniform with her dark hair as well.
